Very poor service and workmanship from Quality Interiors

Very disappointing service and workmanship, I would never recommend this company. I spent R6,400 (including fabric) with Quality Interiors for a custom headboard and four chair covers, and the experience was terrible. Saadiq (The owner) forgot about my order several times, and when the items finally arrived, the quality was extremely poor. The headboard was *****ed and the cover didn’t fit properly, while the chair covers were loose, badly measured, with loose threads and didn't fit the chairs, they are unusable. I asked for a refund for the headboard only, as I was prepared to pay another upholsterer (whose workmanship I trust) to redo the chair covers at my own cost. I didn’t want to leave a review, I would have preferred to resolve this directly, but because Saadiq ignored all communication with me, I was left with no choice.
