Poor installation and lack of after sales support

I engaged with Neelesh for the install of a chromadek garage door. He could not attend to the install, so outsourced to some other contractor. That resulted in a fight to have them remove the door as initially agreed and paid for. I had to demand a refund after they did not remove the old door. I am now still struggling to have them address the poor install as the door does not close. It lifts up a few inches as soon as it is pulled down. There was no desire to address any after sales support to remedy the poor install.
