Bad poor service

I bought a car in January and till today I have not received the proper papers for the car. At the day of purchasing the car there was information that was not shared with me. I have been calling the company for feedback and no one can provide me with a valid response. I am sent back and forth with no assistance given. I call to no avail for the manager to provide proper reasoning as to why the papers and disk are not yet ready. The service is disgusting and attitude from the staff is even worse. I would not recommend anyone to go and buy a car from this company as all you get is frustration and disappointment. I called today and requested to speak to the manager and the call was dropped.
