NOT APPROVING MY CLAIM.

Hellopeter My name is Ngema Sbonelo. Identity number ***. I bought Toyota Hilux this year April at Quality Cars Empangeni dealership. The vehicle came out with warranty, service plan, bodyline and tyre and rim cover. When I book for service at Empangeni Toyota, they told me that there is incorrect cluster reading but they will service the vehicle provided that service plan can be approved. Mysure underwriting managers did not approve the claim due to incorrect cluster reading of which it was not my fault and I was not aware of the matter untill I made an appointment for service.

I phoned Mysure underwriting managers to cancel all their services because they are not loyal to me. They said I must write an emaill, indeed I wrote an email canceling all their services but I did not get confirmation of cancellation as it must be.

Therefore, I am canceling all covers I have with Mysure underwriting managers with immidiate effect.
