Hail storm damage

So I bought a car from them closer to a million rand and few months later the panoramic sunroof malfunction and damaged the motor + rails. Because I live in capetown and threatened with legal and support of consumer protection act I got response and the roof was repaired however the vehicle some how has about 30+ dimples mostly on bonnet and boot. I'm assuming it's hail storm damage. If its the carrier company or Quality Cars I hold Mr Mohammed responsable as i bought the vehicle from him and he made all arrangements. Took a flight to durban and had accommodation at my own expense and reported this damage immediately upon arrival of my vehicle in durban. Up to this day I am waiting to be contacted after numerous attempts to have this issue sorted. If your looking for aftersales, spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
