********** in the Summer Jive promo competition

I have won in the summer promo Jive competition. Got a call to collect my prize at their Epping office. Pictures were taken from me without even asking when the prize was handed over. A Havianas gift card with a R1000 on it was promised to me. After almost 2 weeks I went to redeem it and was told that only R300 was available to spend while I shopped at Havianas for the full amount of R1000.

Very embarrassed and angry as I was **** to I phoned their office in Epping. Spoken to an Indian guy who handed me the prize and he said he was sorry.... Bull**** story here as he couldn't take accountability for his mistake. They false advertise just to get customers to buy their products. Sorry Indian dude, u just lost me and my family as a customer. People expose this company as they ripping us off while we just stay quiet. JIVE OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKE!
