Quality Beverages - Jive Cooldrinks not safe

On 16/2/2015 I bought a 2L Jive cooldrink at Pick n Pay in Canal Walk. When I got home I saw there was something floating in the cooldrink. I did not open the cooldrink to inspect what it was but it looked like an insect. The next day I returned the drink to P n P and I dealt with a lady named Soreya at customer service. She refunded me my money as I did not want to purchase Jive again. I phoned Quality Beverages on the 17th of Feb as spoke to Meredith.
