I would just like to say thank you to Andrea Jacobs for turning my frown into a smile. It is not very often that in Cape Town you experience very good customer service in any industry therefore I feel I need to take time out to say thank you to Andrea for the great customer service provided and the same goes to Wendel who personally brought out a goodie bag to my door step.
