VERY POOR SERVICE

I bought a vehicle in December at Quality Auto. Danny brought it to me with the engine light on. He immediately told me to take it to VW Vredendal. I also reported the squeaking sound at sunroof as well as CV joints making noise. Vredendal serviced the car. The light went on again. They also told me that sunroof need to be serviced and CV Joint need to be replaced. After many attemps to contact them through WhattsApp and emails without any positive reply, I took car to Cape Town to let Danny sort problems out. Light went on again, they only used Q20 on sunroof and nothing on CV's. I took car to Cape Town for 2nd time on Sunday 15 March 2015 and left it for collection at cousin. He only collected it on Wednesday 25th of March and promised I could collect on Friday 27 March. He called me on Friday just to tell me they're still waiting for part. This after Vredendal VW sent them full report on what need to be done( Parts, prices everything on 2 March) He finally sent my car to me on Thursday 2nd April at 02h00 after promising to bring it to me on Monday 30 March 2015. The engine light was off but sunroof and CV joints were still the same. Danny is a ****
