QAMSA (Quality Assured Maintenance) massive overcharge

I contacted Quality Assured Maintenance as I had a broken torsion spring on my garage door. I had a team from QAMSA visit my premises to fix the broken torsion spring - during the maintenance exercise we found in addition to the broken spring a broken emergency release bracket which also needed replacement. Although both items were successfully replaced the final bill for repair services seemed astronomical. Upon further investigation I found that they overcharged consumables by a minimum of 1430% (Emergency release bracket - second hand was supp**** at a price of R1500 where the cost for a brand new bracket is R98 vat incl) torsion spring and installation / maintenance + 12 rollers was charged at R5000 - cost for torsion spring is R495 / cost for rollers @ R29 a roller (R348). Total bill R6500, consumable cost R941, labour R5 559
