PATHETIC SERVICE AND RUDE BEHAVIOUR

My mom had some tests done at her GP. The lab the handled the testing is Qualisure laboratory services based in Pinetown.<br> <br> The medical aid only paid a portion of the amount claimed & the balance was to be paid by myself as I am the account holder & my mom is a beneficiary on my plan.<br> <br> Instead of being notified of the short payment from medical aid, I was instead handed over to their debt collectors who kept bombarding me with call even after I advised that I do not know who they are and that I have not received any notification from Qualisure regarding the short payment.<br> <br> Eventually I managed to get hold of them & they then advised that there was an error on the processing and my account should not have been handed over but rather a statement sent to me. I was then sent a statement which I made payment on as we had discussed. <br> <br> A few days later I start getting calls again. I contacted Qualisure via email & communicated with Mandisa Skhosana who is the founder of the business. I asked her to sort out my account before I take any legal action against them as this is my name being tarnished. She was very rude & arrogant towards me. Today yet again I have received another call!
