Appalling service

We have received the most terrible service from any contractor to date. After spending tens of thousands of Rands on fixing our leaking roof in Pinelands, the fixed areas are still leaking and new leaks have been created by the contractors. They barely respond to our requests and have shrugged off their faulty work as "not their problem." We keep hearing promises of them coming back to mend one item, but we can't seem to get a time/day when this will happen. The rain continues to come into our house...
