Worst company, bad attitude, useless people

After paying a lot of money I only had problems with QVS. There is never a manger around and the lady that answers the phone is the rudest most arrogant person that I have ever spoken to. They seem to never be in the wrong and it is always the university's fault, always passing the buck. The worst is that QVS is the only company that alumni can use seeing as all the universities use them. Poor service all round. Good luck to anyone looking for transcripts.
