Still awaiting response

I requested my transcripts early Oct 2014 but was told to pay them in order for them to obtain the transcripts. On 3 Nov 2014 I paid the amount requested. I was told it will take 15 working days. After a month I enquired what was going on and was then told they would sent \an urgent request and a requestfor the status of my transcript". Well needles to say"
