QVS will not refund

Hello Peter,<br> On April the 9th I paid QVS R140 by an EFT out of good faith to get an academic transcript to apply for a job.<br> I realised moments later there is a small button on the site that allows for credit card payments.<br> Because I'm a student and don't have access to a credit card, I assumed this function wouldn't work and did an EFT before attempting the credit card functionality. <br> I then attempted the credit card functionality and it worked.<br> <br> Now my problem is I have paid 2 times. I assumed this wouldn't be a problem as I assumed I could call them and get a refund for my first mistake.<br> <br> I called them today (April the 16th) to kindly ask for a refund.
