Disgusting service!

I have ordered and paid a lot of money, and have not received my items 3 months later. I have been emailing and i keep getting the same automated response, however one reply stated there is a discrepancy with my tracking number and will rectify and get back to me, after that, i am getting the same automated response all over again. There is no other person or contact. I am highly irate as it is alot of money and not even a proper reason as to where the items are. All i am asking for is a solution, as there is an obvious problem on their side, if not, give me a refund. Its the right thing to do!
