I paid the company in full prior to my wedding to record my wedding. They attended my wedding and did a great job. As the wedding was in December I didn’t put pressure on them. By Feb I still hadn’t heard from the lady. I reached out ans she said she thought she had sent me a mail. It’s been a year today since I got married and I still don’t have the video or my refund. All I received was excuses and now I don’t even get a response.
