Quagga Skies sun shades Cape Town

I paid a deposit to have the sunshades made to Quagga Skies. Byron is the owner, he is a *****! He disappeared with my money and is now in Zim. I have opened a case with SAPs and that is how I found out about his whereabouts. So obviously the police have an interest in him too.
