Unreliable & incompatent.

Arno Eksteen - Sales director of a signage/revamp company which seems to fall under 2 company names - Quadro X Projects or Umdumo. Arno is very quick to quote and push for the business order but once he has it, he is completely unreliable and next to impossible to reach. The job was for signage for the face of our company which was promised within 3 weeks of order placement, with a 70% upfront payment. It took 3 months of nagging to get 1 of 3 signs up, his scaffolding was left in our garage for a further month unattended, the lighting/installation was never completed - we had to outsource it to another company to complete, and we never received the other 2 signs. All attempts to call or email gets cut off and over a year later we are still trying to get a simple invoice for our records to close the books on it.
