Manufacturing disapointment

I called Quadrant Design and after asking whether they can manufacture furniture I got told by Glenda that "is what we do". I thus asked where I could send a photo of the furniture I would like manufactured to get a quote, and I got told I could send it to her.

A few days later I followed up and Glenda told me that she does not do the quotes but would have to send it to her boss. She also stated that they had no capacity to manufacture the furniture in the short term, to which I responded I was in no hurry and would just like a quote.

A week later I followed up with Brenda to see why I had not received a quote and was told that her boss had no capacity. When I asked whether she meant no capacity to manufacture the furniture or just provide a quote she stated "that is what I said". After that I said that surely they would be able to just provide a quote she rep**** "don't come with your bull****, you are the one that wants a quote! I cant open my bosses laptop and give you a quote, " and slammed the phone down.

Worst service I have received in ages. So much for always putting the customer first...
