Bad Doctor

I am in absolute shock with the service I have received at quadcare in Braamfontein. I am not feeling well and decided to actually consult with the doctor since the practice isn't far from my work.

Faith who is the receptionist asked me why am I coming in late ? First I cannot time my illness and secondly the doctor,Sam told me he was closing and the time was 16:40 and they were telling me about other patients so my sickness was not important as the other patients sickness? When I asked for an email address to escalate this matter Sam said "I must not come play here "when I tried to call the name that's your website which went through to Faith she pretended not to hear me while at the background they were laughing.

I want to understand what time the practice closes and was it right for the doctor and the ill-mannered receptionist do speak to me the way they did? Doctor wasn't bothered when I said I was going to escalate. Please provide training to Sam or I will write and escalate this with the medical board as I have a lot that I can produce that the doctor is doing wrong.
