Appalling, negligent service

Appalling service!! The first time i went there, there was absolutely no care, my vitals were not even taken. I gave them another chance and went again 4th Jan 2023, they told me to bring a urine sample the following day which i did. They said theyd call me once the results are available. The lab logged my sample on the 6th and sent me an sms. Until today Quadcare hasnt called me about my results. I called them yesterday, 01 Feb 2023 and i was met by a very rude lady who just said “i will check for you” and hung up before i even finished talking. So i paid for a consultation on the 4th Jan and lab tests on 5th all for nothing!! Horrible service. And the person they refer to as doctor there is not a doctor, she is a clinical associate.
