Paying insurance but no service

My mother has a motor insurance with Qsure for over 10 years which bought her vehicle and they don't sent statements or any or send any kind of communication non whats so ever.

Its been years and years while they are debiting her account over R700 a month but we are getting no joy non whats so ever because we can't even cancel the account the bank says they can't terminate the debit order as they need to get an instruction from the insurance broker

At one point the vehicle was involved in an accident but we couldn't get hold of Qsure so we can make arrangements that they fix our vehicle we ended up fix it on our own.

Qsure doesn't have traceable address they don't have contactable number or email address, we have since sold they car but we are still paying insurance for 3 to 4 years later

we just want to cancel this insurance
