No replying to mails for 5 days to quote

I saw their advert on the internet for computers to buy and rent.<br> <br> I enquired about a computer to rent, 1 day later i got a mail to find out what term I am looking for to rent. Since that day I have not even got a reply and I have sent a follow up mail. Still nothing from them.<br> <br> This is pathetic service and will gladly advise anyone against them. This is a bad attitude to have with clients.
