Rental company full of *****

Stay away from this Company, which is dealing in ***** that cannot prove something as simple as the water bill.

We have rented from them for 3 years and they want to charge us to fix wear and tear items. When we moved out there was no outgoing inspection according to Section 26.1 and charged me for items that were broken when we moved in and paid my deposit after the 30 days as per contract.
