I would like to share my experience with this agency / company. Currently i am renting a flat which is one off many they own. I paid my deposit and rental for April 2020. Lockdown hit us hard and my husband who is self employed had no income and therefore we where unable to pay rental for May and June. We communicated with the owner to use the deposit and the balance will be divided over 4 month added to the new rentals. She refuses and disconnected our electricity. Rental was paid for July and same no lights again. These people have too much money and don't care about people. No understanding and consideration to people. The place is so cold and my family is just trying to pass each day. Please don't rent with these people as all the adverts for they properties are false and the lease agreement is also a joke. Once they have your money they ignore all your call and emails leaving you to repair and maintain their properties.
