POOR QUALITY FINISHES TO FLOORING INSTALLATION

I contracted Qrious Living to install laminate flooring and new skirting boards through my living areas and corridor. The job itself took an entire week, but I understood his need to see to other customers at the same time. The quality was fair. However the joins between the flooring in the corridor and the carpeted bedrooms were very badly finished - the pile of the carpets at the doorways has been badly damaged. Also the joiners between the floor and the doorways is lifting. Viaan promised a 20 year guarantee and that he would return to repair the poor workmanship. Some five months and numerous requests later I am still waiting for a response from him. I would advise anyone considering using Qrious Living to seriously look at using another interior designer.
