Buried under broken promises

<p>Delivery from Viaan has been elusive, as has been my experience once monies were safely in his hands. Months later I am left with a hole for a walk in closet with clothes stored across the house. Communications are only returned after repeated attempts and the distinct feeling that every effort is being made to be evasive. 4 weeks have passed with a promise to be on site yesterday to complete work. No show, no communication - no longer surprising but beginning to feel like a money ****! Promises finally yesterday to contact with changed commitments - did not contact us until resorted to another unpleasant message that seems to be the unacceptable world I am being forced to operate in. When eventually made contact decided to state would meet this Friday 2 September (payments made in june, 5% of work and materials delivered). I intend to post again with details of any commitment made should Friday materialise. Photographs of current state will be added to the post.</p>
