Aviod 'QRIOUS LIVING' for any renovations!!!

<p> </p> <p>In September 2016 after accepting a quotation from Viaan Thomas, a deposit was paid into his account to renovate our whole Townhouse. I was asked to pay money for fittings and tiles into his account as he can get it much cheaper from his suppliers. <br /> Work started 3 weeks late and he only managed to strip 2 bathrooms of all the tiles, fittings, toilets and shower, with the promise that he will complete the renovation of the 2 bathrooms the following week. <br /> After 8 weeks of empty promises and countless excuses I had to pay another contractor to finish the job. <br /> Promises and excuses are being made weekly about the return of our money. It is now 4 months from accepting the quote and deposits paid, and I haven't recieved 1 cent back from Viaan Thomas!!!</p>
