QPS Signage and Production

I have paid QPS for the design of logo and the print of banners. A months later I have appointed a graphic designer to look into the design of a web page. I requested the artwork, fonts and colors used so that it can be matched with the web page. After requesting this form QPS they wanted to charge another fee for looking int the archive and investigate the artwork done by themselves. It is strange that you ask a client a fee to design something and then charge another fee to tell the client what was used. A complete rip-off from this company. If a client pay for artwork [ALL] the details should be delivered to the client.
