<p>QPS designed and produced our business cards, pamphlets and signage. We PAID for the designs.</p> <p>We have been requesting QPS to provide us with the artwork we have paid for on several occasions.</p> <p>Since then we have been given the run-around and long stories. They have only given us the jpg images, with which we can't do much; any person in the graphics design industry would know that.....</p> <p>BEWARE - This company only helps you once - thereafter they increase their rates dramatically and cannot honor their slogan "WE WILL BEAT OR MATCH ANY WRITTEN QUOTE!!!". For example - Flyers went up from R599 to R960 since September.</p> <p>They even lie to further delay and procrastinate the issue by saying the manager is only back later this week. He is actually at their shop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hoping they can do the right thing and provide our designs and artwork.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
