I should have emailed you already some time ago with a complaint but did not. Our previous dealings with Nicky was not pleasant. We received business cards which I am to embarrassed to hand out to my customers. After that when I called again she would always promised that she will call back but never does. I must admit I have been using someone else because of this. However this time it does not make sense as you have already done some work and therefor I will only duplicate this. When I called yesterday to discuss this with her she rep**** O IS THIS THE ONE AND ONLY SONJA SWANEPOEL. I still continued the conversation which went as follows

If you want something I must tell you I won’t be able to help you before Wednesday. I then told her I need some photos edited and that you have already some on file.She then said ok se can quote R180.00 a photo She requested me to send the photos and she will advise. I send her the photos with some notes please refer to the attached emails. Then out of the blue I received a mail asking me what I want? I phoned to clarify this when said I wanted some numbers on the pictures which I never said and don’t require please refer to last mail. I dropped the phone when she told me that I rather speak to you when you back.

TO TOP IT ALL THEY MADE ME PAY FOR DESIGNS WHICH I HAVE ALREADEY PAID AND IF THAT WAS NOT ENOUGH THEY COULD NOT EVEN GET THIS RIGHT I PAID FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT EVEN REQUST ?
