******** LISTING AT ITC

I had an agreement with Philip ( the owner of QPS) to do certain work for me for a certain amount. He delivered some of the work, but the other work took time and to the date (almost 4 years later) I have still not received my designs with A1 outdoor frames. In the mean time he threatened to sue me for money for items I have not received. I have asked him for proof of delivery, and was more than willing to pay, should he be able to prove that he has indeed delivered - which he obviously cannot as he has not and the lady who was to design my logos has long since also left his business. <br> While carrying on with my life, I requested my annual ITC listing to see with a shock that this man has listed me (4 years later) for non-payment - yet he has still not delivered. <br> I have dealt with him on numerous occasions and this is a very QPS way of doing business. His lawyer was equally rude saying they have every right to list me as I change my address regularly and the sheriff could not get hold of me - this too is a lie, as i have lived for 5 years at my previous address and been residing at the current for 3. 5 years. With the same phone for 15 years. No one contacted me.
