Paying for supplies and not getting it

On this date we bought some supplies from QPC. We have used this company before and did not have a problem but this time it has gone from bad to worse. We paid for the supplies but did not get all of it. We have phoned numerous times. At first they did not answer. Still they do not. We sent a lot of messages and finally we got one back from the \Owner
