Paid for products that never got delivered!!!

On 23/11/2015 we order some supplies from QPC Chemical. The lady came to drop off some off the supplies and collect payment. She said that the other supplies will be dropped off by their driver. As per her request an immediate EFT was done. It did not bother me at the time as we have used them before and didn't have this problem. The next day came and went and still no supplies. I have been phoning and texting every day since but they simply do not answer their phone. The supplies is worth over R650 and what they are doing is called *****ing. I am not happy about this and I need assistance.
