Huge Complaint on QMS Polokwane

Had an extremely bad experience with a QMS Polokwane agent. I was traveling to work when a very rude and abrubt white male driver in a QMS Branded White Ford ECO Sport was looking for trouble. I was traveling on Marshall Street when he cuts me off just past the Elegant Filling Station on way to Spar. I dropped the window to ask if he was OK only to realised he looked intoxicated and was swearing at me. I noted he had a small child in the front seat who looked very scared and both driver and passenger were no wearing seat belts. The driver proceeded to use vulgar language at me by saying that I am an 'A HOLE' and a stupid *******. Clearly he was trying to be a macho man and persuade me to stop and confront him. I will be be honest by saying I was tempted to stop and confront him in front of SPAR however when I saw the child's scared face I said sorry and allowed him to turn into SPAR. QMS TRAINING POLOKWANE is supposed to be a training site for safety from my understanding. I as a manager of a corporate send my staff to them for fire safety training. Their service is great however if they have a rotten apple who appeared to be intoxicated and did not follow safety regulations by not wearing safety belts and endangering an infant is abit obscure. This makes me wonder if the training institute still follows white supremacy mentality which needs to be dealt with. I will be lodging a complaint with the relevant authorities to investigate their compliance and the way they interact over a weekend. I expect them to get upset and deny all allegations but we can retrieve camera surveillance to back my story. The individuals actions needs to be dealt with
