The worst real estate you could ever go for (Homage)

Live here at your own risk. These people gave us the worst rental experience. We moved in here end of Sep but on the 10th of October we reported my 1st of many leaks. which has still not been sorted out to date. Everytime it rains we have to move furniture cause we have water streaming down our wall. They dont attend to it instead you are given a runaround on who you should speak to in order to get if fixed. One of our MAJOR leaks has to be the bathroom one. I raise this a when the team came to inspect the room in October. They told us it would be sorted by the end of the week. Its been weekes and months. The leak has caused a severe damage to the bathroom. There is mould, caused by that leak and they are not even bothered by that. The health risks this poses to us?? They don’t care. All they want is money. They don’t even want to move us to another unit. After telling them that we wont pay rent until the issue is resolved, they terminated the lease. They have so many issues and never fix any of them instead the put the next person to deal with is. When we enquired why the leasewas terminated instead of the mater being resolved, William from their finance department say “you shouldn’t have withheld rent for a minor maintenance issue. It’s unfortunate that maintenance didn’t attend to the issue ontime but that is not our problem. Maybe if you pay now I can maybe speak with my boss and we can retract the cancellation” how is it not their problem? We pay for a well maintained unit, why pay for maintenance thats not done?
