Worst place to stay in, so i moved into the homage in january 2025 dd a move in inspection the guy who helped me do the inspection didnot bother to explain to me what needs to be checked and how to check mind you i had already moved my stuff in,he came sat on the stairs and i dd the checking but as a first time stayer i didnot know what exactly i am checking,so the bathroom ceiling was stayed i tod him about it he said its fine it wont be a problem when i move out, the towel holder in the bathroom was loose but it looks like thats how it was done i asked him about it too he said thats how it is so i should just tick all good in the inspection form i dd that bcz the manager said so. 6 months down the line i decide to move to forest views whicj is like in the same complex fine they charge ne full deposit for the unit migration i paid that. Now i do the move out inspection with different pple dd these people not charge me for the things i gound in that place, i tried to explain to them that i did tell the person who helped me with move in inspection about those things they said i should have noted them down,but how when the person tjat assisted me said everything is okay...so i gey charged for those things and the dust inside the oven but the unit i moved inyo had a dirty and a greasy oven i had to clean it myself, i dd put it on their whatsapp dd thy respond on that No! The doors of the current place are dirty i noted it and i was told i shouldnot worry about it,i know by the time i move out completely thy will charge me beacuse i think that is how they operate just so they can reap you off your deposit. Now that i have moved in the new unit tell me why i receive a statement with an outsanding balance of R1,239.48, but i asked before moving how much the total cosy of migrating is and i was told and i paid that. Even after paying the first deposit i asked how much i am still owing they dd say and i paid that, now i receive a statement that i am owing but i am not getting an explanation as to why that money was hidded and what it is for? No this place is a horrible place to stay in when it comes to finances because all they want yo do is for you not to get your deposit back to keep you paying.

I am not happy shame!! And again there is a compulsory cleaning fee that they charge right then they also charge you separately for the dust in the apartment.
