NO RESPECT FOR PEOPLE'S TIME

I 'booked' for the maintenance team to come and fix my bedroom and bathroom light. They came, fixed my bathroom light and left, with no communication whatsoever. I sent them an email asking if I need to 'book' again for the bedroom light to be fixed, they said no I should just pick a slot. I picked a 12pm slot for the 20th of December and no one showed up, I asked who I need to contact regarding this issue, and I was ignored. Mind you, I left my work to avail myself for the appointment and I sat there for an hour without any communication. If I could fix the bedroom light myself, I would.
