Avoid Qliving at all costs!!!!

I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service I received from Q Living. Despite being a paying tenant, I was treated with utter disrespect and disregard for my property. While I was away in Durban, Q Living terminated my lease without my knowledge or consent. They sent me a formal lease termination letter, which I accepted. However, I was shocked to find that they had removed my belongings from the premises without: • Conducting an inventory • Taking photos of my property • Providing any explanation for their actions Not only did they take my belongings, but they're also demanding R17,000 in payments, which is inconsistent with their initial demand of R10,000. I'm still waiting for my belongings to be returned, and Q Living continues to hold them hostage. I'm concerned about the condition of my property and the potential damages and missing items!!! I demand that Q Living: • Returns my belongings immediately • Provides a detailed inventory of my property • Explains their actions and provides compensation for any damages I strongly advise others to avoid Q Living at all costs. Their disregard for tenants' rights and property is appalling.
