The worst and noisiest place a person could ever choose to live at , and they do not give back your deposite

This is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever lived in. The environment is extremely noisy I often resorted to sleeping in my car on weekends just to get some rest. The management seems only interested in money and shows little to no care for tenants’ well-being. The building itself is poorly constructed — half of the walls feel like they’re made of cardboard. You can hear your neighbors’ conversations clearly, even at 2am. When moving out, tenants are unfairly charged. Even though I left my unit in good condition, I was still charged R500+ for cleaning. Don’t expect your full deposit back it’s not guaranteed, no matter how well you maintain the place. Overall, I would not recommend Kent on Clark to anyone. If you value peace of mind and fair treatment, consider finding another place to stay there are better places with the same price.
