The ox apartments

I’ve been trying to lodge my exit since last week. Quorum has all of a sudden gone mute. I’m not interested in signing/renewing my lease. An agent was supposed to reach out yet, nothing. They are trying to force tenants to stay when they are no longer interested. There is no number to call. The WhatsApp discord goes mute. They are happy to take your money but limit communication. I’ve had the worst two years in the three years living at the ox apartments. After renting from quorum for seven years. I’ve had enough of their unwillingness to deal with rowdy tenants. Current and former. I’ve had people leave their ******* near my door. The recent was someone taking a **** close to my door. After a recent exchange about a tenant who wakes me up at ungodly hours. I decided I had finally had enough and I’m ready for my exit. I’m ready to leave quorum. And would like to do so by the 30th of June, as I’d finally found a house to rent. Release me from the shackles . I’m no longer interested in renting here!!

The only good thing about this place is the caretaker. The rest is a total mess. Security up until management.

They’re not interested in serving tenants interests.
