Qliving does not offer quality living.

Aweful place to live.poorly managed. Walls are paper thin no privacy. Maintenance take forever to fix things but when they do it's not done properly. We've been sitting without electricity for 3 days . Our food has gone off no communication. Not enough laundry facilities. Only 2 with 6 machines. For 5 blocks of apartments. The security is not secure and statement that we recieve for each month is never on time and never accurate.braai area is below Windows so smoke gets into apartments . Would not advise anyone to stay. I've seen bully tactics being used on tenants and have experienced this myself. Theres no individual you can deal with they have a chat bot and the person on the other end is always rude and never consider any concerns. Issues are never resolved and there's been break ins in some apartments and nothing has been done to assist in aiding with proper security or control. Cameras don't work and the parking situation is ridiculous and uncovered. It's been the worst time living here and I would not refer anyone here.
