Prepare for disappointment and frustration

If there was a no star rating I would give them that. It is winter and my apartment has no running hot water. I reported the problem a week ago and I was made to wait another week for them to get to installing a new geyser( this was yesterday). I got back from work and the water appeared to be working just fine until this morning when I tried to shower and turns out there’s no hot water coming out from it.

You may be wondering why I am writing this over something that seems so minor but it’s because there is always something not being done right. It’s one thing after another and it’s very frustrating
