Female safety ignored ! And management careless after terrifying ******* experience

I’m writing this as a former tenant of Forest View Apartments (managed by Quorum Holdings and secured by GSG Security) to publicly express my deep disappointment and frustration following a terrifying and traumatic ******* that occurred in my apartment on 19 June 2025.

Despite this being a gated, secured complex with advertised features such as:

24-hour guards CCTV Electric fencing Access-controlled …armed ******s were able to break into my unit and spend over 20 minutes inside my apartment.Security was there ,could see and did nothing !!!, they stole personal items including my work laptop, clothes, and money. I have actual footage of the incident and reported it to SAPS.

As a woman living alone, I expected safety and accountability. Instead:

I received no support ,only rude watsapp responses from Qliving management or direct contact after the *******. No one explained the failure of security systems. My deposit was withheld with poor explanation .I’ve called more than 8 times and requested on multiple occasions for a call to explain why my deposit is withheld . I have been left traumatized, unsafe, and financially impacted without a sincere apology or step taken to assist me. Quorum Holdings and GSG Security have failed to provide a safe living environment for WOMEN !and have not comp**** with basic legal or human responsibilities after the incident. Tenants especially WOMEN ARE NOT SAFE !!in these apartment buildings .
