Service non-delivery

What a waste of time and money! Woke up at 5:30 to stand in line at home affairs to get to the desk to be told that the unabridged birth certificate that Qline was supposed to expedite had not arrived. They then told me to wait at the home affairs office as they'd sort it out. I waited til 2:30pm!! Nothing!! Do not trust the promises.
