Security Risk!

On this company’s website they tell you how secure they work and and trust is extremely important to them. Well fortunately this is not the case. Just like there service and communication it is left wanting.

My documents took longer than what they claimed they can do it in. Also they kept on blaming the Department of Home Affairs being off line for more than a week. What a lie, I personally spoke to the HOD of The relevant DHA and he told me they were printing and he has had no problems with going off line. Clearly a trust issue with Qline. Then eventually when when I could fetch my documents I was given someone else’s Birth Certificate and when I noticed it they told me that mine was with someone in their home in Soweto. An unknown person was sitting with a legal document of mine at home. In our country where ***** is the norm and people’s identity gets ****** how can this company something like that to happen. I will not recommend this company to anyone as you might just be putting yourself or loved ones at risk. Please stay away from this company.
