Poor service - No communication

I app**** for a copy of a marriage certificate On email I was told it takes 5 working days. The 5 working days are today and I have not heard anything, infact it was 5 working days ago and a couple of hours already so it is past the due date. I emailed and called but no one contacts back or answers. Be careful who ever deals with this company, they quick to take your money then ignore you. You would be better off doing it yourself at home affairs or where ever you need documents.
