NOT WORTH THE SERVICE

can you explain to me THE ACTUAL PURPOSE OF YOUR SERVICE IS? I could have done the entire process on my own at home affairs, firstly I had to call the representative when I got there as he was not there, then he sends me a \please call me\" to call him .

I was already sitting in the right queue to process my passport and smart ID whilst waiting for him , all he did was pay a cashier with cash and then I was called to take pictures and sat in a separate queue until they were ready to take my finger prints. the only purpose of the representative was to wait around for me????? I didn't even need a lift to Braamfontein home affairs and I was charged the full amount .

I did everything on my own, I will even have to pick up my own passport and smart ID due to them needing my finger prints .

my question is .. is this service actually worth it?. a maxi passport having done one my own would have cost about R600 and a smart ID is R150 or something like that , however I ended up paying Q Line
fee of Maxi Passport R1650 and Smart ID card R950

not impressed at all"

Hello Keshika_Naidu,

I thought I would reach out to you about your recent experience with Q-Line and I apologie if our service did not meet your expectations and the delayed response.
Our goal is to provide consistently reliable service in alleviating document queuing and exemplary level of customer service. You are quiet correct that as an individual you can do the entire process on your own as it is your individual choice.
The service we provide is identifying which Home Affairs department can assist in expediting your documentation in the most efficient manner without having to queue too long.
We apologies for any confusion with respect to the appointment, upon further investigation on the above allegations it must be noted that Q-Line did offer transportation to the relevant Home Affairs and you agreed upfront that you preferred to meet at the office. Once the consultant met you we did our level best to expedite your documentation.

Your comments regarding the consultant sending you a sms requesting him to call him will be used for coaching and training our employees to prevent this from happening again.
