Great Attitude through difficult circumstances

We app**** for a few documents through Qline and we received great service from all staff involved. We understand that the HA department is not providing the best service with long ques and associated problems with load shedding. We received great support from Enock and his team and even if we had to wait a bit longer for our documents we understand the pressure they are under but they delivered with a smile.<br> Many thanks and keep up the good work .<br> <br> Jon
